In keeping with the rich tradition of Southern hospitality, homeowners in the nation’s premier Victorian neighborhood invite you and yours inside their charming residences to get a unique glimpse of life from a bygone era – a slower time when elegant women rushed about in bustles and corsets and when dapper gentlemen donned tails and ties for dinner.
Good cheer and tidings of the season abound as visitors to this one-of-a-kind national historic preservation district tour nine neighborhood dwellings that have been lovingly decked in old-world finery and festive holiday décor.

********PLEASE NOTE: The Holiday Boutique and your tickets will be at the Presentation Arts & Athletics Facility.************
You may park at the any of the nearby Spalding University lots or on any of the nearby streets. After you pickup your tickets, you may use the free shuttles, or walk to the houses on the tour.
Shuttles run continuously to all stops on the tour. Shuttles will be available at Spalding University Parking only, and will not service Cochran Elementary school's lot. The Holiday Gift Boutique is open during the tour and offers unique craft items and a holding area for packages.
During the tour, The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum, located at 1402 Saint James Court Louisville, KY 40208, will host a high Victorian Tea each day with seatings from 11:30 am until 4:00 pm. The Tea will feature English teas and a tasteful sampling of savories and sweets reminiscent of holiday teas in the 19th century. The food will be served by the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum Volunteers. Tickets are $25 each in advance and $30 day of tour. There are seats available at each of the four seating times daily, 11:30 AM; 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:00 PM. To purchase tea tickets, call The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum at (502) 636-5023 or www.conradcaldwell.org. the Conrad Caldwell House Museum will offer a $5.00 tour fee of the house museum with the presentation of a Holiday Home Tour ticket through the month of December (this is a 50% reduction of regular ticket price). Proceeds benefit The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum.
The Holiday Home Tour is the primary fundraiser for the Old Louisville Neighborhood Council and the Old Louisville Information Center in Central Park, and supports its mission of promoting and improving the Old Louisville neighborhood.
